Gia Hoa Hotel

The room we choose is Vip2 but it is absolutely terrible. First of all, the power could not shut down when we reject the room card key. The double bed quality is horrible. It is very hard and tough, obviously we can not sleep well at night. The bath is broken and the water treatment sucks as well. It has been quite 5 minutes to have a hot shower. The toilet door fails to lock. The remote control and telephone don't work at all. We have to ask for 2 more pillows and another blanket which are supposed to be there. The receptionist is not professional. When we paid and left, no salutation. An absolute overrated establishment for accommodation with a mediocre service.

The room is clean and tidy, friendly staff and good service. One minus point is is little bit far from the beach but in the other hand it is quite at night.

There is no water in the room, not even mineral water. You can still charge but you should leave it in the room for the guests. When you check out, count the amount and pay. The refrigerator is on the ground floor, so if you are thirsty, you have to go down to buy some. And there are not 2 bottles of mineral water like most other hotels in the same price range. The room is empty.

The room had no hot water. I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of the night shift staff. I booked an extra night because I didn't have a bus ticket back to Saigon and had to book a flight the next morning, and because the afternoon shift staff was enthusiastic in supporting me, they asked me to stay an extra night and I had paid 100% of the room fee. At 4am, when I asked the staff to open the door, you waited for the room to be checked before opening the door. I had already paid for the room, and my husband and I hadn't run away. Did you still have my ID? After you checked the room and opened the door, you also let me sit in the hotel to wait for the car, but why did my husband just go out to smoke and immediately lower the door, leaving my husband and I sitting on the street with a pile of luggage? Extremely rude and impolite! The cleaning lady came in to clean without knocking on the door when I didn't ask and my husband and I were sleeping. What's going on??? When I told her, she said sorry, she thought I had checked out. Did the hotel not update the staff on this issue? If my husband and I were taking a bath, would it be terrible? But this happened twice in the 3 nights I stayed. I went on vacation and wanted to rest, but 2 days I had to wake up early in the middle of the trip because of problems like this.!

The room soundproofing is a bit poor, otherwise everything is ok, convenient transportation.

Room 404, Water is weak, there is no hot water, the hand to unlock the door of the room is wobbly about to fall off, the room near the elevator is a bit noisy when the elevator works, the room price is 580 thousand but online is 648 thousand. Room is a bit cramped. There are no free 2 bottles of mineral water, the toilet water is leaking, flowing continuously so it is a bit noisy, the room is a bit dirty.
