We stayed in the family room, it's very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the hospitality is top notch. The room itself looks exactly like the photos from the booking website.

The best hotel !!! Really clean and spacious rooms, very relaxing place to stay. Lots of food options around area and minimarts
Amazing staffs and the hotel is beautiful. They gave great recommendations on where to eat and visit in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

In general, it's great, the price is 750 double beds, there is a beautiful swimming pool, a green campus, when checking out, you can also have a souvenir photo printed from the hotel, and the staff is welcoming. Overall very satisfied

Family room with 2 double beds for 4 people but the bed is very small. Called the staff to report the double bed 1m4 and the mattress smaller than the bed, asked the manager to review it but did not respond. Next to the building is under construction so it is very noisy.

Beautiful room. Airy space. The front desk staff and the lobby are very enthusiastic. However, attention should be paid to the attitude of room staff. When I asked to clean the room or ask for a new towel, but I was asked again with an extremely impolite attitude, without a predicate subject, not showing the true attitude of the service industry. Hope management to pay attention.

The staff are very nice, the accommodation is very quiet, the small room feels warm, always interested in customers. Because my team had to have breakfast at the hotel early to go out, but the support staff was still very enthusiastic. Space, everything is so cute. If anyone needs to go on vacation, this is a great choice.

John Boutique Villa, even though it's a 3 star, is worth the service 5. Once our car arrives, the receptionist immediately comes out to welcome and help with everything, a very efficient check-in / out process, Free extra service foot wash with a distinctive aroma of Vietnamese spices. Comfortable mattress. A healthy and ideal breakfast, feeling like and home, for sure will stay again some time, highly recommend it.
