Do not think twice to make a reservation in Panorama Hotel. Strategic location, it's like between Sapa Lake and the Cathedral. Although it's located a little up on the hill, the stairs are not going to kill you. Friendly staffs also!

We arrived early morning, room was not ready yet however shower and bathroom is available for freshened up after overnight sleeper bus trip from Hanoi. Receptionist was very friendly, the best we met so far in Vietnam trip. She gave us map and recommendation of places in Sapa with very detail information. All staffs was very accommodating for all our inquiries they offer additional services i.e. Motorbike rental, laundry, bus ticket booking arrangement in reasonable price. Breakfast offer was good, quality is very good. no wonder they have good review on web I would love to recommend this hotel as stay destination

We had a great time here, We had got a room with a wonderful view, the room was clean, big with a comfortable bed, the bathroom was clean and had a good hot shower, you were gonna walk a bit down from the road to the hotel. But no worries, if you have a big luggage cause you could get a lovely service rider from their owner 😊

I'm very happy stay at sapa capsule hotel with awesome beautiful view around the hotel, the location is near sapa centre. the all hotel staff very warmly and helpful for information about sapa and we can rent a motorcycle and order taxi. and very quick check in also. the breakfast is good. inside the capsule is very nice. I'm very happy and enjoy staying at sapa capsule hotel for 2 night. thanks for all the hotel staff and thanks for traveloka too
