Great security guard! dedicated and attentive, 24/7 support The receptionists speak local accents but are basically easy to hear, gentle and polite Rooms are large, clean, pillows are not too strong smell of laundry detergent Breakfast buffet is a bit limited selected but clean and delicious Pho (the broth smells like anise and cinnamon) Good location, not on the beach road but so it should be quiet, walking distance from the hotel about 500m to My Khe beach, In the evening, the neighborhood near my house has a pretty fun night market, near a delicious vegetarian restaurant. Quality is ok in the price range! I booked through travelloka so I got a good price! Very pleased!

khách sạn ngay trung tâm, phòng đẹp tuy hơi nhỏ, nhà vệ sinh không có hút mùi, nhưng với mức giá thì rất ok vì còn có cả buffet sáng, có hồ bơi, nhân viên lễ tân, bảo vệ đều rất nhiệt tình. highly recommend ạ!!

The hotel is in a good location, near the sea and the center, enthusiastic staff. Large rooftop swimming pool, few people, mainly foreign tourists. The room is clean and airy, but the toilet is a bit small. Breakfast is a bit small and simple for a 4-star hotel

I chose Ngu Hanh Son to go to Hoi An because it is close, the hotel is good, the room is nice and clean, the breakfast is delicious and suitable for my taste, I will come back to book a room for the next trip.

The accommodation is quite clean. I stayed on the 10th floor and could see a bit of the sea view. I personally liked it a lot. I got a fine of 80,000d for getting one piece of cloth dirty. 555555 It was very relaxing. The staff were lovely. 💓🇻🇳

The receptionist on the evening shift was very friendly and gave enthusiastic instructions to guests. The security guard was also very nice. The room was worth the price in the tourist center near the beach. Good experience.

The room is just okay, the bathroom is small. The swimming pool area needs to be carefully considered, don't let guests use the pool when it's not fully renovated. I was injured while using the pool but when I reported it, only the technical staff and security came up to check on me with some cotton and bandages. The experience was a bit bad.

Good points: - Close to the center, near the beach - Rented motorbikes are almost always full of gas (I don't know if it's a policy or if I'm lucky) - Breakfast is okay Not so good: - Humid room - Poor soundproofing - Toilet with stagnant water - Weak water - Weak wifi - The sheets are a bit smelly

The soundproofing of the rooms here is so "excellent" that there is no difference between opening and closing the door, the room furniture is quite broken. In general, it is a very boring experience. I have never heard any complaints when booking for guests, but when I stayed, the experience was very bad. I hope the hotel will pay attention to further repairs. The room door is very open, standing outside you can see light coming through the gap when the door is closed.
