Stayed for 2 days but 1 day the water was cut off without notice from 1:4pm :) The staff insisted that they couldn't call the guest, but it turned out they called the room? So the guest had to stay in the room all day waiting for notice! The hotel staff seemed to be right! Having guests was wrong! 4 stars but 1 star service!

No points except for good position. Unfriendly reception, rough water, old room, noisy air conditioner. On the high floor, there are still mosquitoes. Old hotel. Breakfast buffet is not good.

The front desk staff has not been trained through speaking classes.. The restaurant is crowded with poor service. The first time in Muong Thanh, the oven door didn't dare to turn back

The facility is just 4* or 3*. But I will give the overall is 5 stars because of the hospitality and helpful from staffs. Amazing staff. I complain about the color of water. 1 minute later, receiptionist and 2 more staffs come and try to help. And they also ask after breakfast if good or not. But the breakfast is really not good. A lot of local foods without international food.

Large rooms, across the road, are very convenient to the sea. Clean 5th floor swimming pool, 27th floor Bar can cover Cua Lo town. Breakfast acceptable, not many delicious dishes. under the first floor, there is a supermarket selling very cheap goods, around many restaurants. Hotel staff is happy and caring
