5 star standard hotel, good price. My favorite is the location near Hon Chong beach, I like to swim in the morning, I like this beach more than Nha Trang beach. Going in February is not the peak season, so the breakfast is not as rich and quality as when I go in the peak season (but still very good), but in return I was arranged a room with a very nice sea view. . Everything is 5-star standard from amenities, cleanliness, to service attitude... Rarely can you experience 5-star service with such a good price.

Because the app sent incomplete room booking information, at 9:00 p.m. on July 5, 2024, I complained again before being able to change to a room with 3 beds for 3 adults. Because I booked a room and paid for 3 adults, but Muong Thanh gave me a room with only 1 double bed because she said she received information from Traveloka that the room had 1 king bed. The third person didn't have a place to sleep but Muong Thanh didn't resolve it, which made me very upset and wanted to change hotels. After I gave the information to the manager, it was decided to change to a triple room for 3 people at 21:00.

Tôi đã nghỉ tại khách sạn nhiều lần, nhưng lần này tôi hơi thất vọng. Khách sạn không hỗ trợ thu xếp cho đoàn tôi phòng 2 giường đơn như yêu cầu. Ăn sáng quá xô bồ, đồ ăn hết không mang lên tiếp.

Phải đợi 1,5 tiếng mới được checkin, hỏi lễ tân không nói lý do, chỉ bảo khi nào có rồi báo. Phòng 3601 nhà vệ sinh khỏa cửa hỏng. Tuy nhiên phòng view đẹp, sạch sẽ.
