The hotel is closed to the beach and Jesus Christ's statue. As we stay on the top floor of the hotel, the room is bevel edge, which makes the toilet slightly small, if you're taller than 175 cm, you may need to get room from other floors. As the hotel is really close to the beach, at night, the wind is very very strong. The wind pressure for the window is really bad. Overall the stay at Novena hotel is alright.

Very good place to stay in Vung Tau. Good price, clean room, near the beach and friendly staff. I will come back soon.
