Very nice place for my short vacation. I like the friendliness of the staff here; the room is equipped with good facilities. You all have my appreciation for the surprise birthday cake 🎶 I will choose your service in the near future!

Hotel located in suburb area, traffic is really bad in and out on that area. Is an unknown district, taxi trick us many times to go there. Last time it took 2 hours to get there from city center! Stuck 1 hour in traffic around the hotel! The room is dusty and smelly, The bed is not comfy, the sheet is little bit yellow not white. We booked 2 nights but We didn't stay even a night, as I have an alergic, I sneezing for thousand times, and they keep our passport, we didn't even realize because they didn't tell us that they keep our passport until we want to check out there and we asked for the refund, but they didn't refund anything even for 2nd night! Overall this is so Bad!! Don't stay in a local hotel when you are in Vietnam! You could left your passport without realising it.

Minus 2 points: 1. It was raining, there were many staff but no one came out to hold an umbrella to carry things. 2. Asked to clean the room when going out, but when returning to the room, the room was still not cleaned.

I arrived at the hotel on August 16 and 17. The receptionists were all very attentive and welcomed me wholeheartedly. There was Mr. Nguyen (bellman) who transported things for me and was very enthusiastic and friendly. Very ok with this experience
