The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Welcome drink and take care of guests very well.
Supported early check-in at 13:00. Superior seaview room booked on the app has a view of both mountains and sea, check-in is on the 8th floor, no bathtub. Therefore, asked to upgrade to a better view at a cost of 5 xi.
The view on the 12th floor is beautiful and much more satisfactory.
Breakfast buffet is not excellent,
infinity pool about 60 m2. Nice view.
Will come back.

- The location is a bit far from the bustling areas of the center
- I had problems during the booking process because the hotel information provided on the app was incorrect. However, after talking to the sales, it was partially resolved.
- The room facilities are new and clean. The bad points are that the water takes a long time to heat up, the shower hose still has sand residue from the construction that has not been cleaned thoroughly, the bathroom floor drains slowly and dries very slowly. My room has a bathtub, but when the water from the tub overflows onto the floor, it takes a long time to drain and dry, causing danger.
- The breakfast is delicious. Although the dishes are not varied if you stay for many days, the drinks are especially well seasoned.
- The staff are friendly and provide good service.

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The customer service is okay. I asked my friends to buy medicine for me and they still supported me. The room view is unquestionable, in general everything is okay. It's just a pity that the location is a bit disadvantageous.

The reception staff are very nice, went on the occasion of October 20th and were given flowers, supported everything very enthusiastically. Regarding the swimming pool service, they said it closed at 6pm, but when I went there at 4pm, the staff said it was closed to set up a party for guests. The next night when I went to the bar, they also said all the guests had booked parties. I booked a room to use the hotel's services but the hotel kept accepting private parties and had no more room for in-house guests. Other than that, everything else was fine.

ok! but i booked a room with mountain view but it was not ok because i checked in at 4am and i wanted to waste time asking to change room, minus point is the curtain is like there is no curtain! everything else is very good!
