Nice hotel, clean, breakfast buffet is good, pool is ok, staff ok. I think everything is so good for anyone. I will come back this hotel when I come to Dalat.

Child policy: - Maximum 1 (two) children under 5 (five) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge. - Children from 5 (five) to 10 (ten) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged VND 250,000 per child upon check in. - Children from 11 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults at VND 350,000 per pax, maximim 1 pax per room.

The male receptionist lied that he did not receive the room note when booking because the customer booked through an intermediary. However, the other staff were enthusiastic. The room is clean, but the bathtub drains slowly. .

Friendly and helpful staffs. Flexible check in and check out time. The furniture is kind of old but still in good quality. The bathtub is not in good condition but the staff fixed it quickly. Buffet breakfast is boring.

Khách sạn sang trọng, nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng ở rộng và sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên mình book phòng không có bathtub mà không hiểu sao nhận phòng lại có. Buffet sáng đầy đủ và nhìn rất sang trọng P/s: wc có vòi rửa bán tự động nữa, khá thích. Sẽ quay lại lần sau
