The hotel is not in good location. If you go there by car you have to go through one way narrow and damaged road which is quite heavy traffic. Room is quite stuffy even with air con. Breakfast is not good

We’ve found a big cockroach on the floor and 2 small baby cockroaches. The floor is not clean well. The bathroom left an old soap from last customer on the shampoo box. When we go out and come back the cockroach comes out when we open the light, it hiding under the cabinet. We ask to change the room because we can’t sleep in dirty room with cockroach but the hotel said i can’t change the room because the room is not available only clean the floor that they can do. We ask to talk with manager and show the picture to them but the hotel only said they can’t change the room and the manager is not in the hotel and can’t contact. All i can do is just sleeping in very dirty room all night, lights open and with cockroach somewhere under the cabinet. Actually the view of the room is so good, only this unacceptable dirty room and the act of the hotel that worst for this hotel.

Staff is really helpful. The room has window but doesn’t have a balcony. The out side has a mountain view from my room. Oh! Don't forget the reception is at level 8 not 1. If you want to rent a motor bike you can ask the reception they can help you. Have a nice day.

It was a great time to stay at sapa diamond plaza, the interior was good maintain and quite clean and new looking. The facilities were good, the only thing was the breakfast tasted ok, not delicious. I think they deserve 4 stars.

We had a great time here. The room was clean and has a nice view of the valley. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

It is one of best choice in Sapa. Deluxe room with fantastic mountain view. Room is designed and decorated elegantly, nicely. Its worth staying.
