Nothing against the staff, but the bed was dirty, I found insects on the mattress and a huge cockroach under it. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 1AM oclock, I thought I ll save some money, ended up looking for another hotel at 2AM. Cannot suggest this Hotel to anyone, worse experience I had with Hotels in my life.

giá hợp lý, quản lý và nhân viên thân thiện. phòng đồ không có gì nhiều nhưng được cái rộng rãi, ở phòng không có cửa sổ nó thiếu nắng, tắt điện phát đ biết ngày hay đêm luôn :v cách âm không tốt may được cái là ở đúng đợt không đông lắm

- Very spacious, comfortable room, happy staff, convenient location. However - The room is a bit dark and there is no fridge. Thin blanket, the air conditioner is quite uncomfortable. No night lights.

Booked a room in advance through the app, but the owner didn't know that he still showed an attitude of "oh booked through the app" and gave the room that was not the same as in the picture. The room is on the 7th floor (canteen floor), both old and smelly.

The hotel does not provide filtered water for drinking and must pay for this water. When I asked, it called because I didn't buy water when I ordered it on the app. But on the app, there is no place to choose the water item? The blanket smells musty. I called and brought the towel. Service attitude is not good.

On the booking I booked is a room for 4 people, even though it was 3 people, the staff still gave a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. I stayed many times, but this time the room attendant on my bed had a lot of ants, at night I slept soft and felt itchy because I wasn't used to the bed, in the morning turned on the light, under the pillow lay a lot of ants. The hotel has a non-smoking sign, but the staff smokes a lot, entering the elevator is very smelly.

I rented a room with 2 double beds, 402, when checking in, it smelled very badly of old guests' cigarettes, it smelled terrible. Toilets are damaged water can not be flushed, must be shot with a very uncomfortable spray.
