This place feels like home. Hue the host, and her parents, are amazing. We had party, yoga, family dinner, and family lunch. All happened in just two days of my stay. Bed is cleaned everyday. All prices of the service are the lowest in Hoi An.

The best part is the room was unbelievably clean and comfortable with cheap price. Sam and his wife were the best hosts, trying to meet every request from us. There are couches and hammocks viewing to the fields which is really quiet and peaceful. We checked out at 12 but our flight back was at 9 pm so we just left most of out stuff at living room and used their bikes (free still) to go around Hoi An. There is bathroom after check-out also. 100k VND/person for a incredibly nice clean room with balcony, unimaginable.

Room exactly like the picture. The villa is quite quiet, comfortable, the owner is very funny and enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to return to Hoi An, I will definitely visit this place.

We have a great experience here. Upon hearing that the new owner said the previous owner had left and that she didn't receive our booking money, she was still enthusiastic when she arrived. She used to be a backpacker and had a lot of good stories to share with us. This villa is more western than Vietnamese guests 😅

The room is very clean, the boss is super enthusiastic and very friendly. The two bosses are also happy to help when guests have problems needing help. Thanks to the landlord, I know the places, modes of transportation and the delicious and cheap eating and drinking places in Hoi An. Actually going to the room is that I escaped from the places where I went, so there was no time to visit the scenery around the villa. Quiet villa because located next to rice fields, not far from the center of the old town, walking to the street is very convenient. Very recommend for young people who want to travel experience 👍

Clean homestay, quite new, near the field so cool. Location near the center, near the old town, convenient for transportation. He is very friendly, lends his bike and motorbike for free, and serves very enthusiastically. Recommend for people who like quiet, near country.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and convenient for traveling in the old town, walking to the old town no more than 10 minutes or can use the bike for free at the hotel. The owners are very cute and enthusiastically guide me through. On that day, we took a night car to Nha Trang and were taken by Quoc the owner to Quoc Lo, really thank you very much !! Be sure to save this address for future visits. hihi

The landlord is very enthusiastic, this place is only about 1.4km from the entrance to the old town, his house has very cute bicycles, there is a rear seat to carry small children, large rooms, clean, toilet Extremely clean and dry. Full hot and cold water and new air conditioner. The room has a balcony, a view of the green fields, there are bamboo swaying by the window, I say it is peaceful 😊 If you go to Hoi An next time, you will definitely come back to me and your house I went to 6 people in the same room and I had to travel through traveloka for more than 430k, so too cheap, everyone agrees.

The room is very big, clean and beautiful. House in the alley is a bit hard to find. There is a cool garden. The host is friendly, does not lose money renting bicycles. Far from the sea. I will definitely come back if I come to Hoi An for a vacation
