There is no staff to help, even though my luggage is quite heavy and heavy. There is no reception. The employee who gave me the room key was a security guard of the hotel. About cleaning service: When I told to clean the room, HK said it only cleaned 2 times a week. I only stayed for 2 days, so I won't be able to clean the room. About the room: The room is small and very dark, the lights in the room are not bright enough. The bathroom lights are brighter than the lights in the living room, so you all know how dark the room is. TV is not working. Weak WIFI. Air conditioner is hot, not cool. No dryer. Refrigerator is not plugged in, in the refrigerator there are leftovers that are broken. Broken washbasin, leaking water. When I called the reception number according to the instructions to ask for help, the receptionist was out of work, there was no reception or any assistance from the hotel. Poor soundproofing room. Never return. Really bad!
