The hotel is located in a very small alley, cars cannot go all the way to the lobby. Had to get off the car and drag the luggage on foot to walk into the hotel. Small hotel, narrow space. There is no elevator going up from the reception hall, so you have to manually drag your luggage to the 1st floor and then press the elevator to your room. There is no staff to help, even though my luggage is quite heavy and heavy. There is no reception. The employee who gave me the room key was a security guard of the hotel. About cleaning service: When I told to clean the room, HK said it only cleaned 2 times a week. I only stayed for 2 days, so I won't be able to clean the room. About the room: The room is small and very dark, the lights in the room are not bright enough. The bathroom lights are brighter than the lights in the living room, so you all know how dark the room is. TV is not working. Weak WIFI. Air conditioner is hot, not cool. No dryer. Refrigerator is not plugged in, in the refrigerator there are leftovers that are broken. Broken washbasin, leaking water. When I called the reception number according to the instructions to ask for help, the receptionist was out of work, there was no reception or any assistance from the hotel. Poor soundproofing room. Never return. Really bad!

The first day I booked 1 night, then booked 1 more night, the owner called to change my room ok. Then I didn't change the room but canceled the room on the app after I left my stuff in the room, I called and said it was canceled and told to rebook but the room price increased by 250k? After that, I called back to ask and told me to pay outside for the place to stay. The owner didn't want to share the commission for the app, so he did so, making things confusing and taking the customer's time.
