The hotel address is written as frontage, but it is in a small alley, old hotel, water in the toilet does not drain, shower water flows unstable, feel unsatisfied

returned to Venus because the last stay was very comfortable BUT not as expected. booked right at the time the hotel was renovating the interior, the hot water heater had a problem, the TV was disassembled, (the hotel should accept the completed room booking for the new guest, this is the guest who left) Special Breakfast sandwich "had mold" (the staff accepted the suggestion to change the bread, but I skipped breakfast), the next day I was afraid to change the fish noodle dish, normally Bad experience so I will not come back again.

The picture is like the view. The staff is cute, I arrived late at 12am but asked you to help me buy a cake and you were still very enthusiastic in supporting me. The breakfast was not delicious 😵‍💫 eat breakfast before 9am everyone. Ask Venus to adjust the Sup, it's soft and the Sup paddle is also in the water. Oh, I want to swim in the pool, but if I want to swim in the sea, I think I have to go somewhere else to swim.

Hotel in alley, close to the beach, has swimming pool, airy space, the interior is a bit old and the room is not soundproof so it is a bit noisy, there are only about 3-4 parking spaces for cars so those who go by private car can contact in advance, there is breakfast but according to the daily menu, the location is right in the center of Ham Tien. Overall okay for a short stay

A meaningful trip but lost money, the hotel is very old, there is no parking, it is located in an alley, difficult to get in and out. I had to give up the deposit when checking in to find another place to stay. I was disappointed when I saw the pictures online.

I was a bit disappointed, the room seemed a bit old, I was on the 2nd floor because there was no elevator so I had to carry my things up myself. I saw on the app that it had 3 stars, so I ordered it. But when I arrived and checked in, I was a bit shocked. In general, it depends on each person's needs. The hotel isn't too bad either.

Breakfast was simple, the fish cake noodle soup was very bad, like boiled water with spices and bad fish cake added. The room was old and smelly, the old air freshener had a strong smell that made the smell worse. The toilet didn't drain, after showering it was a mess until morning, the toilet paper was so soft it couldn't be used. Everything felt old and bad. The staff was multi-tasking, it took forever to get through.

Never booked a room on treveloka that was so bad. The entrance to the hotel is small and very inconvenient. The room has a terrible stench from the bathroom, which is an unacceptable minus point for a 3-star hotel. The room and bedding are not clean. The room has 4 adults and 2 children, but there is no breakfast for 2 children and the breakfast is terrible, not a buffet with 3 dishes: fried rice, noodles and fried egg bread, so choose 1 of the 3 dishes and the accompanying child does not have a portion (although it is nothing, the way the staff behaves like that is not harmonious). Renting a motorbike for 150k, but riding a new Novo is like drinking gasoline and only costs 20k for gas, the customer has to add more. Surcharge for children 11 years old is 150k more

The hotel is in a beautiful location, convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast at the hotel is good. The staff is friendly. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful, the deep pool is only for adults. The beach is quite beautiful, but it is not a private beach so it is not clean. This area has many Western backpackers so the surrounding restaurants are suitable for Westerners.

Phòng cũ,toilet hôi, máy lạnh không được lạnh, đồ ăn sáng quá dở . Điều tồi tệ nhất là ngày 28/4 cúp điện mà không có được thông báo cho khách đến 11h đêm bảo khách nào muốn trả phòng cứ trả. Phải dọn phòng trả và đi tìm phòng khác vào lúc 0h ngày 29/4
