The room was clean, the restaurant staff was dedicated, on check-out day, the reception team did the check-in quickly. Duyen and Nguyet kindly asked and wished my family good health. If I have the opportunity, I will return to Vesna. It's well worth it. and professional

Nice hotel, good breakfast, my parents really liked it, the room was clean, with a cool balcony, receptionist Duyen did the check-in very quickly, Dat asked if my parents were tired and offered drinks. drink, we were assisted by Binh to bring our luggage to the room. The service here is very good, so we should experience it when coming to Nha Trang.

My family was upgraded to a free room by receptionists Duyen and Phuc. Binh brought luggage and provided dedicated guidance. The room had a beautiful sea view and was cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious. Next time we will stop by Vesna. residence

The staff are very enthusiastic. The buffet for breakfast has a variety of dishes that change from day to day, although the number of guests is very large, the service is very good and attentive. The Ocean View room is quite small than I thought, so improve the soundproofing because at night when I'm sleeping, the noise in the next room wakes my whole family up. Many thanks to the receptionist + boy bell + serving the breakfast buffet.

The staff and security guards are very enthusiastic and friendly. I booked a room with a sea view window but was upgraded to a sea view room with a window and balcony. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse. There is free parking behind. First time staying but very impressed with the hotel service. I will come back.

very good experience Tet 2025 with family at Vesna Hotel.
- big, magnificent hotel. Friendly receptionist... the most impressive thing is the professional staff, my family forgot something, the receptionist kept in touch with the guest to return it, not greedy.
other departments are also polite.
- The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, ... has a private beach, serves towels, loungers for guests...
- delicious, diverse breakfast buffet...

My family booked a triple room, the room was right next to an industrial air conditioning system, the sound was hissing all night. When my family complained and asked the front desk for support, the front desk told to contact Traveloka to cancel the room and go somewhere else. Lễ tân thấy khách mặc đồ bình dân quá không thèm chào, bảo vệ cũng thế. Khách đi xe máy xuống hầm để xe bị chặn lại bắt dắt bộ xuống chứ không cho chạy, thái độ khó hiểu. Check in out gì cũng phải đợi hỏi tận mồm từng chút chứ reception không chủ động với khách được. 1 khách sạn 5 sao nhưng không nhân viên nào gặp khách mà cười chào nổi. Lần thứ 2 ở tệ cả 2 lần. Xin phép chê mạnh không có lần 3, không xứng 5 sao thua xa dịch vụ 4 sao ở khách sạn khác

Bảo vệ bell lễ tân HK đều không thèm chào khách, vô checkin lễ tân không thèm nhìn, checkin xong ngồi chờ 1 tiếng không có được ly nước cho đến khi thiệt đông khách vào mới đem nước ra? Bảo vệ thấy khách dắt xe khó khăn cũng không phụ dắt giúp chỉ biết nhìn? Check in trước 1 tiếng không có phòng nhưng người checkin sau lại co phòng trước?
