I had a wonderful stay in Deluxe Room in this hotel. Smooth check-in and check-out processes, great location, warm staff service, clean, comfortable and fully equipped bedroom with Balcony sea view, good breakfast. Special thanks to Ms. Uyên, Ms. My for upgraded my room with amazing sea view and arranged very nice local welcome fruits. Ms. Nhung, Restaurant Supervisor, she was friendly, smiled, and gave me her full attention and effort that made my breakfast really enjoyed. I was truly touched by the warm service! On top of everything being said above, I love this hotel because of it's friendly and personal service too since it wasn't crowded, it was well worth my money staying here. I would love to return to Virgo on my next visit.

The room was spacious, I found it quite clean when I first checked in, but on the second night, there were 2 cockroaches crawling out from under the bed.
I stayed for 3 nights, and in the morning I called the housekeeping staff before going out, but when I returned, the room was cleaned quite roughly.
The male receptionist on the night I checked in was not very friendly and welcoming to guests.

Yesterday I experienced the Virgo hotel. It is a 5-star hotel but the customer service there seems to be only good for foreign guests. As for domestic guests, it's fine. I checked in at 12 noon, when I checked in, the hotel charged an additional 30% check-in fee. Usually, around 12 o'clock, if there are rooms, the hotel will let guests go up. But let's just consider it the hotel's rule. When consulting about service floors and breakfast, the receptionists did not advise guests but simply gave guests a board for taking pictures without giving any further advice. For example, I gave a brief consultation and asked guests to take pictures, which is fine because I am a 5-star hotel. Then when I checked in, you said there were free complimentaries on the table. There were also 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator that were charged. But when I checked in, I had nothing but 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. When I checked out, I told the Guest Relations staff outside that my room was not available, but they did not pay attention or ask more about the issue the guest was complaining about. but only focused on asking if she used 2 bottles of water and paid. When I said I was saying it to complain, she said yes. Other than that, she didn't ask or apologize. Or maybe because I was a domestic customer, the staff didn't care? I gave a bad review because of such small points.

The hotel is very enthusiastic and supportive. My family had an emergency and had to change the date, the room type is non-refundable. However, the hotel cooperated with Travoloka to support guests. The vacation was wonderful. Thank you hotel and Travoloka. Next time I come to Nha Trang, I will still prioritize staying at the hotel.
