Refund Okay

General Terms & Conditions

1. Valid for Thailand citizens.
2. Once your booking is complete, the Policy will be sent to your email.
3. If the airline rescheduled the flight, your refund will be processed starting from the initial scheduled flight departure.

On Refund Submission and Eligibility 

1. Only applicable for refund requests submitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight’s departure. For requests submitted less than 24 hours before departure, a normal refund policy from the airline will apply.
2. Applicable for flight tickets only, not including ancillaries (e.g., baggage, in-flight meals, baggage wrap).
3. Applicable for all refund reasons up to 80% of the ticket fare.
4. One Way Domestic up to THB 10,000
5. One Way International up to THB 45,000
6. Round Trip Domestic up to THB 15,000
7. Round Trip International up to THB 100,000
NOT APPLICABLE:

• If the passenger has checked in.
• If the ticket has been used.
• If a refund or reschedule request has been made directly to the airline.
• If changes have been made by the passenger via the airline. Changes include but are not limited to changes in the passenger’s details (e.g., name, title) and flight routes.

On Refund Payment

1. Applicable only for transactions in Thai Baht (THB).
2. Applicable for all payment methods.
3. Not applicable to Points and coupons. Any Points or coupons redeemed for the purchase will not be refunded.

On Reschedule and Request for Changes

1. Refund Okay purchase is non-refundable.
2. Refund Okay is non-reschedulable. If you choose to reschedule the original flight booking, the new rescheduled flight will not be covered by Refund Okay
