1. What is Traveloka Priority?
Traveloka Priority is a user loyalty program designed to provide exclusive services to our loyal users. The higher your Priority tier is, the more benefits you can get.
2. Is there any grading system to categorize loyalty levels in Traveloka Priority?
Traveloka Priority has 4 tier levels in this program, starting from Bronze Priority, Silver Priority, Gold Priority, and Platinum Priority. Your Priority tier status will be determined by the total number of Priority Points you have. Collect Priority Points up to the minimum requirement for each tier to enjoy exclusive benefits. The higher your Priority tier, the more benefits you can get.
3. What is Priority Points
Priority Points are one of the three types of Traveloka Points that are obtained from transactions without using a discount coupon. The number of Priority Points you collect will affect your Traveloka Priority tier progression.
4. How can I progress to the next tier?
You need to collect Priority Points until you meet the minimum requirements for each tier to progress. You can collect Priority Points by purchasing Traveloka products and services without discount coupons. Information on the number of Priority Points that will be obtained from each transaction will be displayed in the Payment Details section on the Payments Page.
5. Will my Priority Points accumulate and carry over to the next tier?
Yes, your Priority Points will be accumulated and carried over to the next tier. It won’t be reset and you won’t have to start all over again to collect the Points from zero.
6. How to check my Priority tier and progress?
Open the Priority Page on the Traveloka App by going to the My Account menu, then tapping on the Traveloka Priority Banner below the My Profile section. Priority tiers and progress will be listed on the Priority Page. You can also see how many Priority Points are needed to reach the next tier.
7. Why do the total Priority Points not accumulate after purchasing without coupon/promo?
Priority Points will be activated for a maximum of 2 days after each purchase without coupons or promos. Please wait until it activates to use it or for it to affect your Priority progress.
8. Why was my Priority tier downgraded?
Your Priority tier status will change according to the number of active Priority Points you have. Your Priority tier may be downgraded if your Priority Points are reduced due to expiration or redemption.

10. Can I combine the coupon from Traveloka Priority with other promos or discounts?
Yes, discount coupons obtained from Traveloka Priority can be combined with other promos. However, keep in mind that transactions using discount coupons, including reward coupons from Traveloka Priority, will not earn Priority Points.
11. How to use the coupon from Traveloka Priority?
You can check and use the coupon via: (i) Click My Account menu, (ii) Click Traveloka Priority Banner below My Profile section, (iii) Scroll down to see the available coupons, (iv) Click on one of the coupons you want to use, (v) Copy the coupon code, (vi) Paste the coupon code when processing the payment. You can also use Priority coupons directly through the list of coupons available on the Payment Page.
12. What is the Grace Period? Will it affect my progression in Priority?
A Grace Period is the period of time given to Traveloka Priority members to collect Priority Points before it expires. If the required Priority Points are not successfully collected until the time period ends, then the Priority tier will be downgraded according to the total active Priority Points at that time.
13. Is there an effective way to collect Priority Points?
You can earn Priority Points by transacting without using discount coupons on almost all Traveloka products and services. You can check the total Priority Points you may earn from the product label or in the Payment Details on the Payments Page.
14. Why did my Priority status change or disappear when I logged into the Traveloka App again?
Please make sure you use the same email before and after re-logging in so that the account data loaded is correct. In addition, please also make sure the number of Priority Points matches the minimum Priority Points requirements of your previous tier because Priority Points redemption may affect your Priority tier status.
15. I have a problem with Traveloka Priority. Where can I find a solution?

16. If I join Traveloka Priority, what will happen to my Accommodation VIP?
To ensure a smooth transition, from April to August 2023, Accommodation VIP status will be frozen. However, users will still be able to utilize this program until July 2023. On 1 Aug 2023, after the transition period ends, the program will be discontinued. We will use your active Priority Points to assign you to a Traveloka Priority tier.
17. Does it mean that during the transition period I cannot redeem benefits from the Priority program?
If during the transition period, you are also eligible to become Priority members, then you can enjoy perks from the Priority program as well. Meaning that you will have two status: status from Accom VIP program and status from Priority program. However, the specific benefit: special price from Accom will follow your status from Accom VIP program, not your Priority status.
18. I am a TH user and I have sufficient Points balance, but why does my account don't get Priority tier?
Please check the Points currency in your Points page. You will be able to be a Priority member based on your Points currency, for example, you can be a Priority member in TH only if your Points currency is THB.
19. Why do I have different Points currency from my app country? (example: I am TH users but I have IDR Points)
Points currency will be determined by your first Points obtained from Traveloka. Once you get Points in a certain currency, you will not be able to change to another currency.
