Open transaction notification
Before you pay, the cashier will ask for your phone number. Make sure you give the same phone number as the one you registered for TPayLater.

Make sure the amount is right.

Select installment plan
Choose plan that suits your need.

Input PIN
Make sure you enter the correct PIN.

Payment completed
You will receive payment confirmation instantly.

Tap 'Pay'
Open your Traveloka app and tap the QR icon at the top right.

Scan the QR code
Point your phone camera towards the QR code displayed at the store counter.

What do I need to prepare for In-store Transaction?

You have sufficient limit
You can check available limit for In-store Transaction in your PayLater Account page.
You've reached the minimum amount of transaction
The minimum amount of transaction for In-store Transaction is Rp50.000.
The stores support In-store Transaction
Make sure the store you transact in has supported In-store Transaction. See the list of accepting stores above.
You have no outstanding TPayLater bills
Outstanding bills will affect the amount of available limit for In-store Transaction.
How to pay the bills for In-store Transaction?

Bill payments should be done via Traveloka App.

Open Traveloka App then tap PayLater icon.

On Your Usage tab, find a list of current and/or upcoming bills and choose the bills you want to pay. You can also select multiple bills to pay at the same time.

Select payment method. Currently, available payment method are bank transfer and Virtual Account.

Check the bill amount and make sure you pay in the accurate amount down to the last 3 digits.
