The staff at the location were very friendly, because we arrived a bit late from the scheduled time, the staff were very helpful in the process of exchanging tickets to take the next schedule.

This is really good, it's easy to redeem, there's a special line for those who buy tickets online. The place is super duper nice. It's made of wood. It's great for taking pictures.

There is a tour guide who guides the group with a choice of languages, so that we can understand the meaning of the building's architecture and its contents. Ticket exchange is easy and you get clear directions.

The massive wooden structure is intricately carved entirely by hand. There is also a Vietnamese-speaking museum guide who is very enthusiastic in taking pictures and giving us easy-to-understand instructions. Buying tickets in advance on Traveloka makes receiving tickets very quick. It is worth visiting when visiting Pattaya.

The staff is very helpful when come to redemption of voucher. The place is a gem to visit, and we looked the place in awe! Tours are very organized and narrated clearly by the guide. We were given time to take photos after the session. Overall, a great experience thanks!

I have queued twice with a very long queue, waiting for more than 1 hour but the ticket cannot be exchanged. Only after complaining can it be exchanged and even then I have to queue again.
