The ticket exchange process is fast 😍 rather than having to queue at the ticket counter & no fear of running out of show tickets like last year when we were on the spot 🥴

We were waiting for the 2nd session by enjoying the Sunset View at the hill side! That was awesome view up there!

Very crowded but memorable. The show was funny and engaging. Luckily, I bought tickets online.

I went there during New Year season. It was too crowded that we had to sit on the arena, which was pretty dangerous since there was a performance using fire.

It's a good experience to watch the traditional dance from Bali. But there's very minim safety of the naughty monkey so it's better to stay in the crowd and near the guy can handle the monkeys. The ticket redemption quite smooth so you will know how to do it right away there.

Ticket voucher exchange was easy and service was fast. The location isn't suitable for seniors, as it requires a long walk. Wheelchairs are scarce, and when asked, staff often throw them at each other. Monkey handlers are also not evenly distributed throughout the location. When assistance is needed, it's difficult to find staff.

The show itself was worth it, but queuing in between show is taking too long, people have to wait about an hour before entering the show. And watchout for those monkeys, if you don’t wanna your cellphone, glasses and small object getting snatched by them

It's a joy to enjoy a Kecak dance performance while it's raining. It's quite special, as sometimes the usual sunset is what we expect. But with the rain in the second session, I felt it wasn't just a pleasant experience, but also had an interesting story behind it.

It's easier to buy advance tickets via app. We didn't face any problem trading the tickets.

It's great to see the Kecak Dance here and the app is very helpful in buying tickets and it's cheaper than going directly.

The no sitting number, safety guidance not suggest for difabel and no clear queuing line.

Interesting tour, be careful when using your cell phone, and the monkeys are naughty, but there is help from the officers so the monkeys return the stolen items. Cool

It was very impressive because it was the first time I saw the Kecak dance live and it was so crowded that there were not enough seats.

The queue was long even though I bought the tickets online, it was hot and stuffy because it was so crowded, there was no limit to the number of people, even on the streets it was crammed.
