The friendly staff patiently explained things to us, who don't really understand English or Mandarin, hehe. The rooms are clean, the yard is spacious, there's a bus available to pick up and drop off at Disneyland, and it's very kid-friendly.

We went on January 1st on New Year's day and our experience was great. The weather was nice, breezy by night time but a regular sweater or windbreaker would suffice. Last time we went was in July and it was too hot and unbearable we really couldn't enjoy much. Also, despite the fact that Jan 1st was on the TIER 3 pricing (second most expensive ticket price), the crowd wasn't that bad. Buying the fastpass I think was unnecessary.

The staff was friendly. You had to queue to exchange tickets. There were plenty of signs, so we could easily find our way. There was a restaurant that served rice.🤣

The tickets were valid, no problems at all, and the price was the best.
