The staff was very helpful in the booking process and also the execution there, the driver doubled as a tour guide and photographer at the same time, we were directed to pose for photos, it was very enjoyable to be able to vacation here.. continued success for JWM Adventure.. thx

The jeep team is very friendly, we are also provided with free coffee and tea to drink as much as we want at the base camp. The jeep driver plus guide are very friendly, polite, and patient in explaining during our tour. Highly recommended for JWM Adventure Merapi. Always be successful

The guide was skilled and friendly, the tour schedule was flexible, there was only 1 place that was not appropriate, it should have been the Remaining Treasures Museum, but instead it was the Omah Museum, without discussing it or asking for prior approval.
