Had made the booking via your site which stipulated the time 9.00am pick up at hotel lobby. Unfortunately, the driver was not there at the stipulated time, therefore had to call the phone number as provided which informed that the driver only available at 10.00 am. Further checked with the driver, the booking was only informed to him on the said day from your supplier (ie. tour agency concerned)
As stated in your booking confirmed, there's no indication that customer to call the local tour agency on the date the tour to commence. Therefore, with the understanding that date / time had being stated during booking and expect the driver will be on site on the date.
Trust that some kind of remark to be indicated in the booking confirmation especially for 1st time user your facility.
Overall, the driver had being professional in providing his service except the supplier concern need to be more proactive to check and confirm with the customer booking.
