Conversion is a bit difficult because they don't know what app you're using. When you go in, show the receptionist the name of the app you used so they can find it easier.

I had to tell them to show me the traveloka app so the staff would know which item to choose to scan the code to enter. Last time I didn't show them the app, it took forever to get it.
