The sheets and washrooms were clean anc the staff extremely friendly and ready to help. The included breakfast was a lovely start to the day.

It was an ok stay on the pictures they has saugage,eggs n potatoes for breakfast and they had none of that just waffles n cereal

Housekeeping service was not provided everyday. Towel wasn’t clean. Bathroom sink water drain was clogged. Most of all, there was some weird smell in the entire room.

Hotel was a great place to stay when attending a game at Levi’s stadium. It was an easy walkable distance and in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to check in early which we very much appreciated. The hotel itself could use a few repairs in places but overall we would stay again and enjoyed our stay.

This is a very tired hotel. Our room smelled old and musty. There was a pile of squished cracker or cookie crumbs on the rug, which leads you to believe that the room hadn’t been vacuumed since the last guest. It was in a very obvious spot too. We only stayed one night. Would look somewhere else next time I’m in the area.

Rooms are very dated, bathroom shower pressure was nonexistent, for the price this is not worth they stay.

Rip off. Paid $50 fee to check in before 3 only to find out shower was inoperable and took until 3 to fix anyway. Phone not working. Obviously asked for $50 fee back. They refused and gave $25. Talked to other guests in parking lot who also had a terrible experience. Do not stay here!!

Affordable prices with good breakfast. Wish the bed was not hard on my back. Other than that, everything is good.

I just love it. Quality Inn is not so bad. It's pretty wonderful instead of Choice Hotels. And anything is possible. So anyway, I just love to go on the journey as long is I lived, and I have my own path to follow.

Nice place to stay - close to freeways, the stadium, and convention center. Breakfast is simple, and customer service excellent! A room on the backstreet made it quiet. I could even work the TV remote!

I never stayed there and got charged anyway. I stayed at the Mariott. Whatever they wanted to say, I never stayed there and got charged anyway. Be very very careful when you book on this website.

Very disappointed with the check in, room was ready but check in was at 3 pm, I was able to use it if I paid $50. We waited until 2:50 pm to get the room at the lobby, the hotel does not gain anything letting the guests use the room earlier anyway was booked two months ago :(

It was comfortable and clean. Brakfast options were good. Customer service for lat night check in waa great.

Staff is wonderful

The hotel is old. The air conditioner smells unhealthy. Some damage to walls and doors. Some furniture needs replacement. Bed was clean and confortable, location was ok, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, good variety.

The staff were not knowledgeable or kind. We were placed into a ‘special’ room because we had our 8 lb dog and the room stunk and the carpet was disgusting. There was a recliner in the room that was disgusting and old. It was very loud also and the housekeeping carts and trash bins were kept right outside our door. The ‘breakfast’ was a joke. We paid a lot of money for this stay and it wasn’t worth half the cost. We will not be returning.

You get what you pay for. Met expectations.
