It was a nightmare. The pictures must have from ten years or more ago. The furniture was from the 70's all scratch up and banged up bathroom was disgusting mold,towel rack rip off the wall and never fixed .holes in the bed sheets. And the worst part of the room was that there was a crack needle between the bed and wall.. i took pictures of all that I described. I requested for my money back from you guys. Am still waiting.

Toilet made scratchy noises after each use. Otherwise, it was quiet and comfortable.

To start the girl up front had an attitude, let alone just had a nonchalant attitude. The parking lot was full of suspicious characters. There was smokers right outside multiple non smoking rooms. I had a gentleman watching me while I was gathering stuff out of my car to bring to the room. The gentlemen then proceeded to compliment my boots and say they would look great in his feet. The room was ok but you could tell some of the furniture was donated by its beat up appearance. The heater did not work in the room and blew cold air. The water to shower next reach warm or hot temperatures despite putting it at max heat. There was no internet as promised. Most likely will never go back.

Well I feel compelled to say this just so others can be aware. They over charge for everything, I extended my stay by booking online and was charged $40 early check in when I was only staying in the same room. Never in my life after living in hotels for 1/2 the week for years traveling for my business, this has never happened to me. They mentioned that because I got such a good deal online I should not worry about the fee. I get good deals because I have gold membership from needing to be in hotels often. The walls are greasy and full of holes as well as the bedding, and I was getting bit by something the entire stay. I had bite marks all over so bed bugs possible. I’ve stayed in motels that had friendlier service and much cleaner/safer spaces. Just wanted to let my experience be known.

Absolutely amazing people and hotel

Room was unclean, had to think twice before getting into bed. Had spent 5hours left ad soon as we can.

No hot tub as advertised, only one towel in room, dirty sheets, torn pillowcase, breakfast was only coffee, tea, juice and tge “laundry” facilities were dirty! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Check-in was poor, no keys available which required getting assistance from the front desk to unlock the door every time we left the room. Moreover, front desk staff disavowed any responsibility and was rude. A/C was turned off in the room, which then required more than two hours to cool the room to sleeping temperature. Summer in Bakersfield reaches temperatures in excess of 105 degrees and the room was hot. Breakfast was anything but; it consisted of thin coffee and a choice between a granola bar or instant oatmeal. False advertising. We cannot recommend.

The room was disgusting, we got a non smoking room and yet there was about 3 cigarette burns in the Blankets. The towels were already stained even though we just entered the room and the carpet was almost black you could hardly see the original color it was supposed to be. The pictures online looked pretty vs in person. Didn’t realize we were getting a motel 6 for hookers. Never again

Staff are nice but the room is not that clean.

It was ok but the manager was very nosy and they over charge for things

There was only 1 towel in the room, stains on the sheets along with holes, no ashtray in the smoking room, no ice bucket . When asked for towels we were told housekeeping worked today and only given one towel for 4 people!! Fridge was broken. Smelled and very dirty !! And I'm not a very picky person but the housekeepers DO NOT EVEN TRY to make it presentable cleaning wise ! Was going to extend our stay but checked out and went somewhere else because of the dirty room and the poor service we received instead of moving us rooms or accommodating our needs !!

Stayed 7 days.Toiled leaked from the bottom on first day, used towels to soak up water and was denied any clean towels for the entire visit. Also received no housekeeping at all my entire stay.
