Amazing location, friendly and professional English speaking staff, modern, clean and spacious rooms. A very comfortable and safe stay. A great place to stay for a visit to Copacabana.

Excellent customer service. Courteous, helpful staff. I would highly recommend. Steps away from the beach, resturants and grocery store.

Hotel was as advertised. Pictures matched. Staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. Leme side of Copacabana was perfection it was quiet yet walkable to the action. Loved everything about its location. The area was safe and staff security were always at the entrance of the hotel welcoming guests. Pool are was small with zero shade but gorgeous views. I highly recommend this property.

Room had a serious water leak . Our favourite hotel in Rio now lots of new rules and regulations. Very poor visit

Great location if you want to be close to Copa Cabana, the rooms are a little outdated but they are clean and spacious, the rooftop pool its the big selling point for this hotel 10/10

Loved it all

Most receptionists weren’t nice and unfriendly. The old man receptionist didn’t want to help guests. Great housekeepers and breakfast.

Staff is the most important factor when we stay at a hotel. The staff at the Windsor Leme was fantastic

The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfy. We were within walking distance of the beach, and it was easy to feel safe down by the ocean.

Staff is attentive and friendly. Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Leme both when we arrived and as we were leaving Rio. The view from the rooftop was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. We would stay with them again!

We were celebrating our 2nd Anniversary following a cruise, we booked a luxo king room and ended up getting a free upgrade to the presidential suite! Absolutely amazing room, bed, shower, jet tub, living room and even better views!!!

2 nights were excellent. Clean and modern hotel across the beach. Rooftop bar and pool was excellent. The staff was excellent and kind. Safe and peaceful location despite being across the beach. I will return.
