Be aware that ‘Luxury Rooms’ at this hotel are composed of interconnecting rooms, separated only by a thin door. You will hear every conversation and bowel movement of your neighbour. You, in turn, are subject to zero privacy and questionable security. Expect to be awoken at 7am by extremely loud music, shouting and ‘singing’. You will not be moved or compensated for the impact on your stay. Positives: Good location, overlooking the beach. Breakfast staff welcoming and friendly. Pleasant view from the rooftop.

Location by a slightly quieter bit of beach is very handy Hotel tried to stuff us in a very noisy room below some equipment running all night but after escalated complaint we were moved. View not so good but much quieter. Someone else got the noisy room.... Staff in reception and concierge were very helpful. Especially the young chap who spoke reasonable English

Had a bad experience here- this hotel is not able to meet the volume of clients it has in any way, the lobby fluctuates between busy and a humanitarian crisis. Chaotic. Check out all the other comments that mention this. It is a great location, the views are incredible and a very good breakfast- rooms ok but need updating- wall sockets pushed through and lighting a bit grim. Not to mention the door key card- TOTAL disaster. My card worked less than 20% of the time, if you’re on the 14th floor and the building doesn’t have enough elevators- that’s a pain. Couple that with queues in the lobby- pain. Real issue I had was with laundry service. Sure- boring, but a staff error- it arrived on my last day meaning I had no pants for 2 days and rather than sucking it up they deflected any responsibility. Even once cleared with the manager who accepted responsibility for putting my room number down wrong, I got made to pay while collecting my bag to go to the airport, having checked out hours earlier. This was all due to a particularly rude employee who basically took my bag hostage unless I paid. I don’t expect to have clothes returned 3 days later on my day of departure, I might as well wash them at home. This is not a cheap hotel and that is not the type of service one would expect or how a customer should depart for the airport after staying for a week. My overall impression was that this is a great location, but it must be a terrible place to work and needs an upgrade- also that the lady who demanded I pay for a service that wasn’t performed as described was probably in the wrong profession… I would not be leaving this review if it wasn’t for her.

Great location in Leme on the beach, good room, breakfast was busy but good. Bit chaotic on checkout with lots of luggage needing to be brought down and issues with lifts. Great rooftop bar but beware it closes at 11 at which point it's off to the kiosks on the beach.
