Very clean, is very nice easy beach access The staff is very nice. our room only had a fridge, but it would be nice if we can have a microwave.

Staff very attentive. Beach view is amazing if you can afford it, it’s definitely worth the upgrade. There are two WiFi networks, the hotel one doesn’t really work but the apartmento one does. Gym was always clean and empty as was the sauna. Pool was nice and warm with great views and an excellent bar. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast for a good hotel, it was in the expensive side and there are great breakfast spots nearby. Other food was very poor. I strongly advise to eat out, the restaurants nearby are very good. Hotel dinner was way more expensive and low quality (frozen pizza for twice the cost outside for fresh). Street behind the hotel was a little dodgy at night but Ubers always arrived quickly. Only other real complaint is that the ac was very strong and cold and didn’t seem to be adjustable (we moved the thermostat but it stayed the same temp so just turned it off and opened the window).

Pay a bit extra and you will get a view of all Copacabana beach.

Internet connection was poor in the pool area, no bar at ground floor and no dinner menu, only buffet

Two stars hotel at best. Photos are deceiving, hotel cleanliness far from a 4 star rating. Must say the salmon dinner I had was superb by far the one and only highlight of the stay. Hotel location is in a borderline safe neighborhood, but nothing is mentioned by Travelocity…get you act together guys!

Excellent location, the beach is across the street, plenty of good restaurants and shops. Hotel beakfast buffet offer large variety of excellent food !

Thanks so much to all the friendly staff at the beautiful Windsor Leme hotel!! Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. To me this is clearly the best spot on the beach front. If there was boxes to check for everything it has to offer, it would check all of them. Views ✅ location✅ friendly staff ✅ room ✅ shower (haha cause it was the best shower ever)✅ food ✅ thanks again for making our trip from Canada just the best 🫶🏼

Great location, cleanliness, comfort. Various sets of pillows and blankets in the rooms, quality toiletries. Nespresso capsules are available in the room for a small price. Breakfast is excellent - great ingredients, broad variety, they refill all the time. Tapioca & omelette station is really working well, they make tasty stuff. They change pastries every day. Rooftop pool is a gem - view is like from a postcard, and you can really get your zen there. Also a special mention to the staff who communicated well that AC shouldn't be turned on in our room - well done, every time the room was cleaned, this was respected, thank you. I'd stay here again. What can be done better: - Many guests go for early tours and the hotel could offer a breakfast bag. It is a common service even in hotels of much lower rank. It is not about 'taking food out of the hotel and someone suing them if they get tummy issues', it is a simple courtesy and can be also followed by a disclaimer if they are so afraid of that...I'm mentioning this part about consuming food outside of hotel, since the restaurant is plastered with those signs that for 'guests safety they shouldn't take food outside of the restaurant '... - Cappuccino in the rooftop bar tastes like a colored water with some foam on top.... We were really surprised by the quality...other beverages are great

Absolutely amazing! Great service, clean, smells great and my room attendant in the 17th floor was exceptional. Hotel is in a nice area and I felt safe. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
