It was ok.

Oliver nor Paula cared About the shuttle late at night. No apologies nothing. Shuttle left without us then has to wait again. Horrible.

Good for airport hotel

Check in was very slow. Had cockroaches in our bathroom. TV turned on at midnight with a glowing “welcome” screen. Did not appreciate that since I had just fallen asleep.

Only stayed 1 night but everything went smoothly.

Unusual odor in room that would come and go. Possibly from shower drain. Was not worth hassle of changing rooms since we were only there to sleep.

It was great

I was on the 6th floor overlooking the atrium and it was very noisy. It did not quiet down until after 11pm

Overall great hotel but the balcony sits inside the building instead of outside and it’s noisy at night times

This is a lovely property close to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The room I stayed in was nicely appointed and comfortable.

Didnt because storm was over the area and I had to rebook for dec and hotel would not refund my stay
