Nice, clean property. Easy drive to NY

Front desk staff were very friendly and we were greeted coming and going. Check-in was easy and quick. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was just okay. It fit the bill for what we needed. Room was ok. We had a tough time getting the right temperature-it was either too hot or too cold, so we were constantly adjusting it through the night. The bed was old and worn. Other than that, the room was comfortable and large. Plenty of room for 2 people. The balcony was a nice addition. The hotel was in walking distance to a trader joe's, a spa, and a few restaurants. Overall, it fit our needs for our 2 night visit.

Had an issue with the adjoining door not closing or locking fully. It was situated next to an "employees only" room. When I attempted to check if the adjoining door would fully lock and sit flush, someone yelled curtly from the other side of the wall, "Is there a reason you're attempting to enter this room?" I explained that I was just ensuring it was fully locked on my end, but they replied dismissively with, "Yeah, yeah, yeah." They then continued to make noise and fidget with the door on their end. Shortly after, I found a bed bug and immediately checked out. Management was supposed to call me today, but they never did.

We enjoyed our stay at the comfort Inn. The location was excellent,convenient location. My niece was able to find us easily. We were picked up taking around town and able to come back to the hotel to rest.

Hotel shares parking lot with Trader Joes and many other shops. Bus to City is at the curb. Very convenient location. I would stay there again. Edgewater is a nice area. Hotel has black mold though and sometimes smelled of cigarettes or weed. Staff handled a noisy person well. Staff were very good

We stayed at the hotel for our Manhattan visit over the holidays. For the price we paid, it was well-worth it especially compared to prices they were charging across the river. I would stay there again. We were comfortable and the room (105) was clean, spacious, warm. The view along the river was stunning. Nice walking path. The only real complain we have is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear entire conversations of people next door. Bring ear plugs if you need a good night's sleep.

Love love love this hotel. Always stay here for visits to NY with the family. The best. The front desk staff are great.

Good hotel, was very happy to stay there.

With the inflated prices during the holidays, we decided to stay in New Jersey and take the bus and subway into the city. Overall this worked out for us. Location was good and there was a bus stop within a few minute walk. The room and the continental breakfast were both satisfactory. The hotel could use some updating, but overall a good stay.

Excellent service from the staff. We arrived early from Atlanta 9:00 am , and receptionist was kind enough to let us check in before the Hotel 's check in time 4pm. We were able to take shower, rest and head out to city. Breakfast was really good all 3 days of stay. On our last night at hotel around 11 pm there was a group of guests on same floor as us that were having a party, yelling, loughing out loud and were disturbing my sleep. Called reception reported them, and after 10 minutes nothing else was heard.

Only thing is the pluming that was not draining well. The rest was wonderful

For the price it is not a very good hotel

Overall it is a great place to stay on a budget. It is a bit far to commute to get to the train to get over to the city but other then that, the surrounding community is nice with plenty places to eat and shop fairly close. But if you are planning to use the train to get into the city, it is about a 35 minute Uber ride to get to the Hoboken station. The free parking is a great bonus though and almost offsets the commuting cost to get to NYC. Overall the place is clean, quiet and a good place to stay.

Breakfast wasn’t good at all and always getting empty, very small area for that many customers, but rooms were great and cozy
