Stylish hotel, great location. Fantastic selection for breakfast with the most delicious omelettes by chef Victoria!

Loved the gym, size of the pool, sauna and steamroom. Also the kingsize beds.

Our room was okay, but it looked like it needed some cleaning, and some areas required maintenance. The shower head did not work properly. We were on Level 2, and we could hear the underground trains, which was not ideal. However, the breakfast was very good.

We had an amazing stay over the Christmas holiday. Upon arrival our room was ready a bit early and hotel staff even gave us a thank you and Christmas gift - very welcoming! Large room for a hotel in central London with a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located to get to many attractions throughout the city. During our stay the door lock failed and ran out of battery, temporarily locking us out of our room. The staff promptly dealt with the issue, and even comped us a few drinks while we waited. Things happen and the staff did a fantastic job getting back us into the room quickly! I’d certainly stay here again!

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was very spacious. The hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Covent Garden.

Great staff, but rooms were tiny and the room never had a desk/chair for doing make up etc.

I found the decor of the hotel to be dark and sinister. It was too 'hip' for my taste. The corridors were very dark with strange imagery. In my room a pair of eyes stared out of a black wall. Room clean and serviced well, but some bulbs not working. Breakfast was corporate standard. Staff at desk helpful.

We had double queen room on 9th floor . Room was so big, my family (4) had a lot of space. Bed was so comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast was good. We love the egg/ omelette stations. I definitely stay here again if I visited the city.

I stay regularly but disappointed this time as room was not cleaned on the 1st night and the sink kept getting blocked (room 801)

Honestly, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Destiny at the desk for check in was friendly and helpful, along with the concierge and the Midtown staff! Adrian the bartender was a highlight! The facilities were clean, well thought out and offered a little bit of everything! Pool, Spa and Gym access for hotel guests and can you really beat 24hr pizza room service? The location was great for exploring London and the atmosphere at the hotel was vibrant! We have zero complaints about the room and all amenities! We had noisy neighbors but that is not on the hotel! Would definitely stay here again and hoping to check out other NYX locations for furure vacations!

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast that’s worth having. Great lobby restaurant area with delicious dining options and drinks ! The free popcorn made by the popcorn maker in the lobby is so cute and fantastic ! Wouldn’t change anything about my stay here as it was a 10/10! Definitely would recommend to others.
