We just checked out today after enjoying our stay at the Royal Inn for 5 nights. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and professional. They didn't charge us a damage deposit because we don't have any dogs and we don't smoke. Our room was very clean upon arrival. It smelled nice, the sheets looked spotless, and we didn't find any bed bugs after a thorough search (I'm very particular). The cleaning staff was wonderful by honoring our Do Not Disturb sign. We were traveling from Minnesota to visit friends around the area and this hotel was perfectly central. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Royal Inn!!

I stayed at the Royal inn for over a week and I must say the room was neat and clean, thanks to the housekeepers who were very polite as well as helpful in any needs I had while there. The night manager was overall the best manager I ever experienced at a motel. Sam was very informative, generous, and very professional while dealing with me. I had a comfortable stay at the Royal inn. I highly recommend those especially with families give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Overall for the price, under a bill, it's decent enough. My dog can stay here with me. The walls are thin but it's not loud here most of the time. It doesn't have all the traditional hotel amenities but I'm ok with that. Bed spread looks like it was from the 1970's and has cigarette burn holes in it but it's got a cool safe! Also there's fast food places on every corner in walking distance... 👍 ⚡⚡ 👍

The pictures on the website looked good and the few reviews I read were pretty good, so I booked the room for a quick trip to Utah. The lobby was clean and the lady behind the counter was friendly, so I thought I picked a good place. It only went downhill from there. The closet doors were missing from our room. Some of the room numbers were written with sharpie. The second floor reeked of pot, and someone was blaring rap music. We asked the lady at the front desk if smoking was allowed, and she said no. When we told her, she asked if we knew what room it was coming from. We told her the entire second floor smelled like a grow operation. Nothing was done. No ice machines worked, so she said we could get ice from her. She gave us a sandwich bag full of ice. We ended up buying a bag from McDonald's next door. The next day when we checked out, the man in the lobby yelled "No Vacancies" as we walked in. I said we are checking out. He said to drop our cards in a basket on the counter. I told him I needed a receipt, and he was visibly pissed that he had to get up from his TV show. When he found out that I booked it online, he said I would have to get a receipt from them. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

This place is not so great...The rooms have no fridge, and the ice machines are broken. There were some people on heavy drugs staying while I was there. The hallways smell like smoke despite the no smoking signs everywhere. The rooms were quiet and you couldn't hear others and the ac worked pretty good. The outside of this place looks nicer than the inside. The woman that worked the front desk was very nice and pleasant though. Probably not a great place for a family on vacation.
