Close to event we were visiting.

Just what we needed. Near family, clean, quiet, delicious soft sheets and comfy bed. Nice facilities. A bit of breakfast to set us on our way!

GREAT

This is my go to Hotel when in Santa Rosa. Clean, friendly and comfortable beds to sleep. Very convenient location to get out to Calistoga or the West County and close to 101.

The staff was very friendly! The morning breakfast options was awesome, and plentiful. There was someone there all the time keeping things clean, keeping things full, and always with a smile on her face! The room was very small (we had one Kind sized bed) but ultimately we weren't in it for very long each day so it was ok. I'd probably go for a room with two queens next time. Yes, there will be a next time!

Noticed the containers in the shower where the shampoo/ conditioner/ bath wash is placed- has kinda loosen up though still intact to the wall. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you Holiday Inn for the Complimentary Hot breakfast and Free parking!

No elevator. We traded for a 1st floor room instead of climbing stairs with luggage. Super nice receptionist. 2 bottles of free water. Comfortable bed. Very small room for a king bed. Overall a good overnight stay.

The rooms were compact but extremely clean and up to date. Bedding, pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. Easy access to main highway. Breakfast was amazing.

I liked the complimentary breakfast. I also liked how nice the staff was!

The property had hidden resort fees; this was after I called to check to make sure - that is not good. Over the weekend I would ask for explanations to double charges on my card - the three different staff members were not helpful or knowledgeable.

Very clean and spacious. Well lit parking lot and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

good hotel the only problem was the elevators were not working so had to carry luggage to 3rd. floor!

Pro’s- free and easy parking, close to shopping and food, free breakfast Con’s- Elevator out of service, non heated pool and no hot tub, small rooms, our bathroom toilet had some stains

The breakfast was good but, that's about all.

This property was not bad. The room was clean but small. The breakfast was really really good. The parking was sufficient. The bed was hard. Overall. the start was good for a single night.
