Staff was top notch. Beautiful and clean hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

I had asked to extend my stay and was told everything was good. But staff hadn’t extended my stay, when I asked again, again it wasn’t extended. I’m not sure what happened but finally the third time it happened. It was strange.

Toilet would not flush proper.

The hotel was very Nice and clean. Parking lot is well lit at night. There are several restaurants within walking distance. They have a washer and dryer on each floor.

The hotel is so clean. The staff are accommodating. The location is quiet with a field for dog walking and an excellent cafe nearby.

The lady who was at the reception was very receptive and kind He goes out of the way to help I have forgotten her name bt she was on duty the time we checked in

I have stayed at many Holiday Inns in the past and thought they were pretty good. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience not to mention the uncleanliness and the staff were down right rude and despondent. Since when did a Holiday Inn require a $1000 hold on a credit card for incidentals?? I didn't even have to pay that on my trip to Las Vegas!! They call it dog friendly... there was NOTHING friendly about it and I had the staff "check up on me" to ensure my dog had not been left in the room. The sheets were dirty when I got in the room and what ever they use for detergent almost landed me in the hospital my last day I woke up to swollen and red eyes with an adjacent rash to my leg! Got home had a shower and everything cleared up. Will definitely reconsider using Holiday Inns again and would not recommend this location at all.

Place was clean, only positive. Hot tub unavailable but what is even worse, is they claim to be environmentally friendly. However that comes from a levy they charge you from in the fine print! You can opt out but only if you catch it.
