Excellent property!!!

Our host, Tom, was very generous with his wonderful knowledge and tips for London! This place allowed easy access to train into London and felt very safe when we walked back after returning at night. Very comfortable and well appointed - even had daily room servicing! Beds were very comfortable with excellent linens!

We were delighted with the friendly and helpful attitude of Tom (the landlord) who really couldn't do enough to assist us and provide helpful advice on places to visit, transport options and places to eat. Our top floor room was tidy and comfortable and reasonably spacious, and the bed was huge and firm but comfortable. A full size table/bench along the long wall was very useful. The small bar fridge was an unexpected bonus during our 3 night stay. The stairs are steep and narrow which should be factored in if choosing to stay there. The bathroom was well equipped and had a large basin and great shower. Its very reasonable price proximity to Heathrow, the West Draydon station and buses and excellent and affordable Indian and Chinese reastaurants helped make this very easy to recommend.

A comfortable room in a long-standing family-run guest house. Ample parking. On a busy road, so usual traffic noise.

I stayed in this Bed and breakfast due to unexpected circumstances and needed a place to stay..,.as late in the day. I am not from these shores and found the overall attitude very unfriendly and condescending. The deal breaker was the extremely poor Internet..terrible!!! ..if you want to do any more than check emails don't stay here ! I needed to contact clients via zoom and this was impossible. I was not amused. The bed was uncomfortable, and walls paper thin, and breakfast was edible, hence the one star . ..so I will not be returning.

This little B and B was a delight. The room had plenty of space for our things and was very clean. The proprietor had great suggestions for us and was very helpful. We left too early to experience the breakfast.

This was a great place to stay. It was quiet and clean. There were late night food options nearby, and those were communicated in advance. Plus, staff reached out to me after booking and before my stay, to make sure that I had the information I needed to find the place and get settled in. Thank you for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Property was great , clean , quite and reasonably priced.We actually ended up missing our flight and had to stay another night , staff/owner was very accommodating and made it work. They gave us recommendations for things to do in the area and a great restaurant recommendation. I will definitely be staying here again in the future !

Lovely welcome and a nice clean property. We were driving from out of London, so it was a handy location and there was secure parking. Although quite far out of the city, the tube station was a short walk away and the Elizabeth line took us straight into town. Late trains back available too. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Convenient for us as we were travelling by train into London Heathrow and needed an overnight stay close to terminal two. Very efficient welcome and extremely helpful organising our Taxi in the morning to take us to the terminal. Free upgrade to a newly furnished apartment complete with mini kitchenette with fridge. Excellent ! Two fans provided and advice about eating our options. Many thanks

Fantastic home-cooked breakfast, convenient location not too far a walk from a train station that can take you into London, extremely convenient location to Heathrow airport.

The staff were amazing, a little loud at night but overall an amazing experience, felt safe, and had a good sleep, regardless of the Jet lag confusion.
