The receptionist is not ok. It's like they don't care about customers. No impressive welcome Very little food and not delicious. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom. Hotel staff are not very smiling.

Great hotel and close to airport 👌.

The room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to convenience store and wet market. Good place to stay.

เข้าพักห้องฝั่งที่ติดกับลานจอดรถ บริเวณห้องพัก ลิฟต์ ทางเดินเท้าสกปรก เสียงดังเพราะติดกับร้านอาหาร ห้องน้ำ เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำขัง ไม่ระบายทันที ภายในห้องพัก สะอาด ประตูบานเลื่อนตรงระเบียงล็อคกลอนไม่ได้ โทรศัพท์เสีย กดเบอร์ 0 หรือ #0 หรือ 11 ตามที่สมุดเมนูอาหารเขียนไว้ก็ไม่ได้ สายไม่ว่างตลอด (ในห้องพักมีแต่สมุดเมนูอาหารวางไว้เล่มเดียว เราก็กดตามเบอร์ที่แจ้งในนั้นคือ #0) เลยเดินมาที่เคาเตอร์ พนักงานบอกต้องกดเบอร์ 0 คือติดต่อเคาเตอร์ ส่วนร้านอาหารกด 11 ซึ่งเราก็กดหลายรอบแล้ว สายไม่ว่างตลอด และได้นัดพนักงานมายกกระเป๋าตี 4.30 ฝากเรื่องไว้กับพนักงานเคาเตอร์ตอนค่ำ เพราะเขาเสนอไว้ว่าจะแจ้งพนักงานยกกระเป๋าไว้ให้ เห็นเขาเขียนไว้ในสมุดเรื่องนัดยกกระเป๋า แต่ก็ไม่มีใครมา ต้องเดินไปถามที่เคาเตอร์อีกรอบในตอนเช้ามืด เราก็แจ้งถึงปัญหาภายในห้องพักให้กับพนักงานตอนเช็คอินกับเช็คเอาท์ เขาก็บอกแค่ว่าห้องพักฝั่งโน้นยังไม่ได้อัพเดต ต้องขอโทษค่ะ/ครับ ขอชมพี่พนักงานร้านอาหารกับพี่คนขับรถค่ะ ดูแลและบริการดี ขอให้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขห้องพักฝั่งติดลานจอดรถด้วยนะคะ เพราะถ้ามีเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินเกิดขึ้น ดิฉันจะติดต่อพนักงานเคาเตอร์ได้ยังไง ถ้าอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องพักเสียหรือยังไม่อัพเดตแบบนี้

The room is OK, not so practice. The matrass is too hard. Breakfast is very bad. I thought we should get buffet breakfast because we had paid the room with breakfast and transfer. What we got were 2 pieces of white breads + ham+ egg+ sausages and some pieces of Slade and some thin pieces of water Melon. Alles American breakfast was put in 1 plate (so very poor breakfast for the money you had paid) and water Melon in tiny plate. We have to eat in our room with one chair! No table en we are with 2 in de room. Wifi was good for a few hours (midnight) at night after that nothing! I think you better pay for the room and walk to the market nearby for eating and drinking. The location is OK to go to the airport. (10-15 min).

1.รอรถสนามบินนานไปหน่อย 2.ย้ายห้องนานมากๆ ขอเป็นเป็นเตียงใหญ่ 3.แอร์เก่าไม่ค่อยเย็นเสียงดัง 4.เครื่องน้ำร้อนไม่ทำงาน 5.อาหารเช้าน่าจะให้ไปทานที่ห้องอาหารขนมปังเย็นมากๆ

The room is very clean, the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cold, the service staff are very good. There is a shuttle van from the airport, there is a swimming pool, there is a 7-11 in front of the alley, there is a market, but the water is not warm and the room can't be locked. The other thing is very good.

The room is clean, but they don't give toothbrush. Airport pickup staff is friendly and also good in english. Sorry to say but the hotel receptionist staff not friendly when I do late night check in.

Lovely staff, very good service. The hotel is near Seven and there is a market for easy food to eat. Oh, this hotel is very clean.
