The desk staff was very helpful and let us shorten our stay a night due to a change of plans despite our having to deal with Expedia. Our suite on the 3rd floor was very clean, quaint and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel, and it was great having a smart tv to watch Netflix at night. I would give it 5 stars but my wife was disturbed by trains at night which could be heard, I slept through the noise and we were offered a different room when she mentioned it at the desk, which we declined, so I recommend the hotel if you are in the area but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the street side of the hotel instead of the railroad track side.

Super friendly staff, amazing restaurant.

The breakfast was diverse and good. They charged me 10 Euros extra because my dog barked. This hotel is classified as pet friendly but there no dog park or place for dogs to find relief. Not one blade of grass.

This is a great place to stay. Quiet, quaint, great staff, and close proximity to the beach.

This hotel never disappoints! The facility is very nice and artfully decorated. The service is exceptional!! Each room has a unique look. Each room also has top quality amenities and the finishes are high end. I think one of the owners is an artist who has a great eye for art. This is a great place to relax if you are in Giulianova.
