Good service but a bit small room

The location is in the center of the crowd. Hotel staff very helpful.

The hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. Miss Kili is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there :)

Located in Hanoi Old Quarter, you can find many street foods along the way to Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, also breakfast was delicious too!

Staff were good and friendly but the room was too small and had tobacco smell which made us dizzy.

The staff gave us some breakfast wrap when we want to check out in the early morning.

Conveniently located, walk around the old town and lake. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good but rooms are small.

Everything is great. Nice, enthusiastic receptionist. Rooms, clean toilets, wooden tiles, magnetic cards. Above all great for a hotel with not too expensive price.

I traveled with my 3 year old daughter, and she loved staying at Avatar Hotel. The staffs are super nice, very helpful and every night they put a 'surprise' for my daughter. She loved the snacks, the hotel spoiled her. Breakfast was great, and it was in a great location. Recommended!

Great, we had a full holiday.

The hotel is located very convenient location to visit the whole old town of Hanoi, surrounded by many delicious and famous eating places. Rooms are clean, comfortable, comfortable. Receptionist and service extremely enthusiastic, support yourself. We had a great holiday here!

Blackouts all night but the hotel had no generator
