I moved to the 1 after checking out early from The Fairmont which was truly terrible. This is the level of quality expected of a 5* hotel. All of the details, from the personalised greeting on arrival, the room walkthrough, welcome drink and snack, etc really contribute to an exceptional experience. All of the staff were lovely, with Adam (doorman/concierge/room guide) being the standout. Panoramic King Room was great - spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.
