We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Each and every staff member were so kind, friendly and welcoming to us! The management can truly be proud of the team they have behind them! Around 30 minutes after making the reservation we received a call from the hotel to ask more details about how we would like the setup of the 2 different rooms, what my gluten free and lactose free preferences were. That is outstanding. We often travel but never have we received that level of customer service. The breakfast is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! I can not fault it in ANY way! Great variety and the chef knows really well how to cook mushrooms to perfection!!!! They also have a play park area for kids which is always appreciated! Highly recommend this place and would stay here again for sure!

* Receptionist is friendly and recommended activities around, very good service. But, * The lobby smells like pool chlorine the whole time. Building looks dated and need to be repaired here and there. * Apartment room unit also felt dated. * Balcony has spider webs. * Location felt very quiet & a little bit unsafe due to speeding cars directly around the corner.

We prefer a more quiet location so this was ideal for us. It was also about a 5 min walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants so great if you don't want to venu Ture in to a big town. The beach is lovely and clean and stretches for miles with great caves that you can explore. Keep your eye on the tide as it comes in fast, and you could end up cut off. The water was a reasonable temperature and appeared very clean and clear. If you keep walking towards Porto Mayo, there are some excellent restaurants right on the beach. The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the entertainment was also very good as we're the pools. The breakfast was also very good. I can see parking in the area being a bit of an issue during the busy season as there isn't much available. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were a little on the hard side for us, and the aircon was on heat as it served the whole hotel, so you go with the hotels preference, not your own. It was quite cool of an evening, so we just slept with the patio doors open. The kitchenette has everything you will need, too. Great find

Checked out this morning, went with my mum and we are delighted at how friendly and available the staff were! The room was fine, although it’s a shame there are no plugs near the bedsides, but there are others in the room so not a real issue. The hotel is near lots of restaurant a and beaches, even with an Uber the price you will pay to get there is around 4 to 6 euros, maximum. Praia Da Rocha is 7-10 minutes walkable distance. The Hotel does provide you with a brochure of various activities but beware everything might already be booked. I suggest you look them up before going there (we had to go to Albufeira for the Benagril caves and dolphin watch boat tour because, the tours in Portimão were PACKED). Albufeira is 30 minutes away by car so really not that much of a hassle either. The mirror in the bathroom is just GREAT if you want to get ready for the day/night out. Plus side, there is another mirror in the leaving room with a light so no need to fight, lol. The breakfast is very diverse in the type of foods/drinks. Staff are the highlight of the stay ! They are always smiling and ready for you! We had an unfortunate event happen to us and they were very helpful ! Will definitely come back! PS : not many guests use the indoor pool on sunny days so if you’re anxious don’t hesitate to have a swim there! Did it on mornings and I was completely alone ! 🫶🏾

Not at all satisfied for a supposing 4 star hotel. Rooms need updating but worst of all was noticing cockroaches on numerous occasions. I would never go back nor would I recommend.
