Condo is not good I don't like 👎.

Cleanliness is unsatisfactory. Find feces under the bucket in the bathroom. The fan and the lamp use the same switch, if you want to turn off the light, you have to turn off the fan once. Strange.

unsatisfied due to check in so tired..

No reception, unsafe transaction between us and apartment agent as a deposit. Need two days to get back our deposit. Unclear instruction by agent. Not enough parking .Rm50 per night per next car. Theres strangers get inside the hse taking their toiletries that been placed inside the store room at our apartment. Very poor and not good service at all.very2 unsatisfied service at all. Will never ever through this agent anymore! Just like a treasure hunt 😂

The check-in process is difficult. The deposit was not returned immediately after check-out.

The room was full, but we paid and there was no clarity.

Owner asks RM200 / - deposit for home security (refundable) - the matter for checking in is difficult and slow.

Checkin deposit is too high, Rm200. And after my checkout, the deposit has not been refunded because their boss is still abroad, I am still waiting for my refunded deposit, a bad experience relating to the deposit.

The accommodation is very well worth it. The mansion and all the furnishings are like a washing machine, a kitchen to cook. Comfortable room. Thank you ❤️ MTS close to KK city center, easy to access 🌸 My family are all happy to stay at MTS Marina Court Condo. Will stay here again if it comes to KK.

One of the room have faulty airconditioning.

Not providing complete equipment in the toilet (soap , pipe for toilet bowl ) and the toilet is not clean. Mineral water is also not provided . Hopefully it will improve for the future.

Spacious rooms, complete facilities, can swim in the pool at any time.

Good view. Room quite good. Only master bedroom, sink water flow well (block). Heater not function well, not hot.

The 3-room apartment, large and very comfortable, will book again for next holiday.

Well-centred location, but expected heavy traffic jam surrounding. The area is old but unit itself is well maintained. suitable for family stay.
