Property, service, breakfast, food choice were excellent. Staff service was excellent. Overall experience was very good.

Horrible experience! Not to a Hyatt standard at all. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service at breakfast is slow, coffee takes 30 mins etc etc. it’s been a disappointing experience I have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights.. I regret choosing this hotel.

As I travel a lot, I often stay at Hyatt Regency hotels in various cities, including Chicago and New Delhi. I have always had unique and perfect experiences due to the quality of their properties. However, the Hyatt Regency in Lucknow was a major disappointment. The property is poorly maintained, with bad odors everywhere, including the rooms and bathrooms, which were very unhygienic. Additionally, the staff was rude and did not communicate properly with customers, leading to a very bad experience.

Service was a bit Slow, might be due to the sold out situation but overall a pleasant and comfortable stay

The most important thing to us was safety and security was top notch. They did an excellent job. Thank you for everything.

A few Waiters at the dining facility are unable to speak in English; I don’t understand Hindi; overall the food and presentation standards have gone down considerably; old vessels; keen on charging money; bar tender could not speak English; no Chardonnay Soveignon red wine; had an old bottle of Australian cheap red win; looks like the place into a bar for hard liquor imbibers; something tells me the overall property is ill maintained both at product and service level; old bath towels; lacking in courtesy; seem to attract less signed visitors; food quality and variety has gone down considerably. I paid good money and regretted it; don’t plan on staying

Extremely courteous customer service, wide array of delicacies, Indian and western at the breakfast buffet and an impeccable room with all desired amenities. Would love to be back.

A comfortable stay in Lucknow

Everything was good

The overall condition and service at the hotel has deteriorated. I felt it less guest friendly this time. In addition, the carpet in my room was ripped and carpets in common areas (lift lobby and corridors) was dirty.

Hyatt Regency at Lucknow made my 2 night stay extremely comfortable and memorable. The staff (reception, Driver, Server, porter) here is exceptional. Kind, courteous and always ready to help. We were leaving Lucknow by an early morning flight and they made sure we took packed breakfast with us. I stayed here with my senior parents and they too loved the experience. I have been to many Hyatt properties all over the USA and I can definitely say that the standards of Hyatt here is the same as USA. Thank you Hyatt Regency Lucknow!
