Place is rundown. Water for bathing is very small. Bed is too bloody hard. I mean really solid hard. Aircon is not cold. Not worth staying here.

Water isn't that clean. Especially during rainy season. No breakfast, considering the price there should be one. Bugs everywhere in the night. Some of the rooms' doors can close properly and they can enter the room.

Nice place to stay for a night or two. I like the green surroundings. Ample parking for cars. Short distance to the Mon Bridge.

Wish I had more time to spend there. Rooms were clean and area was nice.

Personally I loved the place, found it to be very relaxed and peaceful, Friendly and helpful staff.
