Cool hotel and nice view outside the balcone

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Lovely breakfast. Daily room cleaning a real treat. Well situated for transport links and not too far to walk into the centre of Florence.

The property was difficult to find and the set up was strange.

Andreas and the girls were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very charming, we had the room with the patio (the one with the guys on bikes shown in the pictures), super clean, breakfast was good. The hotel has a mixed vibe of the past and present which makes it cool! The elevator is one of those old ones that you close both doors, but it works! The location was ok, we had to walk a lot to find restaurants, it's not close to tourism attractions, it's near to the Campo de Marte train station, 10 minutes walking.

Hotel felt very safe and the included breakfast was definitely a plus! It was about 20 minutes walking from the center but very doable, staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have no idea how this hotel has such good reviews. First of all, the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. Barely an upgrade over sleeping on the floor. I kid you not, our first morning there, we woke up with sore hips (my husband and I are both side-sleepers). My hips felt bruised! The room was dusty- the drapes were covered in dust like no one has even thought to give them a good shaking out. There were spider cobwebs on the ceiling, dust under the bed, and the bathroom was full of black mold. Lastly, the entire room has cracking and peeling paint. The only good things to note about this place was the staff - very nice and friendly, the breakfast- very very good, and the AC worked great. Despite the pros, I would never recommend this place or stay here again.

Property is in serious need of upkeep. Carpet in hallway needs replacing, window hinge broken, toilet paper holder and flush button broken. Sad, rundown property.

The hotel room was very large and kept very clean. Check in was strange as the hotel location and level were not made clear so it was a guessing game with how to get in and what floor I should go to. This could be resolved easily with both clear communication from the hotel prior to check in and signage at the entrance and in the lift. I also found the stairwell was very dark and the light sensors didn't turn on until you were halfway up the stairs.

Pro: Great staff. Cute place. Con: Bathroom has a funny smell (bad if I am being rude) AC unit directly blows to your head and cannot control temperature so you need to choose hot room or a headache the second day.

Lovely hotel for 1-2 nights. Our room had a very cute balcony. Only problem for me was the super tiny shower, I guess it’s how is in Italy, but for Me and my husband, both are very tall (6’2 and 5’8), was a struggle to shower. Breakfast was ok. I wish they could add a few more options and some cream cheese. But I would definitely go back!

Awesome property, walking distance to much. Breakfasr was awesome, great variety. Cute terrace. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Art Hotel! Andrea and his staff were so accommodating. Lovely breakfast and waiting area and a short walk to all of our preferred activities. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We checked in and the host showed us around our room and give us a map of all of the attractions, and the best restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also nice and the staff helped us out with booking a taxi to the train station. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely time.

I loved my stay at 3110 art hotel and would definitely stay again! Room is clean, spacious and comfortable, breakfast is also decent with varied options and the staff are always super helpful and welcoming! Can’t thank you all enough for such an amazing stay. Also close to popular landmarks and city centre (20 min walk or 10 min bus)

Far above expectations! For a relatively cheap hotel we were expecting a standard room and standard service. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, modern and clean, there was a lovey little balcony too (see photos!) During check in we were given a map with the receptionist giving a run through of the sights and how best to plan our limited number of days. We were also given restaurant recommendations with him offering to book us a taxi and reservation for that night (this was very helpful as we had arrived late ). We then mentioned that one of us was gluten free and the receptionist noted it for breakfast time and we were given a separate plate with gluten free cakes, pastries and snacks… some extras which we brought for throughout the day as finding gf snacks can be difficult! All of the food was fab (much more selection than standard continental) and there was a little outside patio you could eat in the summer. The hotel was walking distance from the train station and city centre too which made things easy. Excellent experience could not recommend more!

Brilliant hotel. Amazing breakfast. 15 min walk to the centre of Florence. Clean and nice decorated room.
