Modern rooms. Decent wardrobe space with a safe. Good food at their restaurant. Pool area with few siting/lounging chairs. Very close to the city center where you can explore.

Pros: Very good services, comfy rooms, good hygiene, staff is friendly, polite and speaks English, free parking just outside the hotel. Excellent served dinner, especially for people with big appetite. Buffet dinner is alright. Good view at front. Windows can slide open for fresh air! Very reasonable priced. Cons: Not every rooms have refrigerator, no vault for safe stowage, (Take care of your belongings​. Opportunity makes the thief) simple breakfast. Back view no so good, except high floors. Hotel Cristal Caldas is recommended!

Provided what we needed. Rooms were small. Beds not the best but what would one expect for the price. Staff friendly and hotel well kept as its an old building. We only slept at the hotel as we left early morning and returned late at night. Would have loved a kettle in the room.

No air con as advertised. Beds uncomfortable, pillows cut up lumpy bits of foam as a filling! Reception area and bar really attractive, but rooms very shabby! Moved from hotel after one night! Staff friendly, but recommend you don't stay here.

Painful to even give it a one star. Room wasn't what I requested when I booked ahead of stay. The breakfast was pitiful. The room needed some updating desperately.
