Nice and clean room, friendly staff, nice food and easy access to the airport.

Breakfast delivered to the room during Ramadan is not a good idea. Because the food is already cold when we receive it.

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast and the service is good.

Always stay at Lorin when I go to Sentul, the service and hotel are good.

The location of the hotel is very close to the toll gate, the hotel environment is beautiful, the staff is also very helpful regarding special guest requests, quite recommended👍

Staff very friendly and rooms more space

The hotel staff are friendly, when I checked out I was with a female sibling, I forgot her name, she was very nice.

The hospitality is very cool, there is a water park, sand area and indoor playground for children to play, cool, there is an open field, indoor and outdoor restaurants. The AC is cold, the breakfast is delicious, but the sheets, blankets and towels are not very clean, please change them for the comfort of the guests... thank you Lorin, next time I will stay here again because the atmosphere is fun and pleasant🩷

Good places for staycation with family.

I booked a connecting room on 27-28 Jan during a long holiday. One room was okay, but the other room smelled of cigarettes, no toilet mat & no hanger. I called the lobby & the cleaning department (forgot what it was called on the phone extension), they answered that it would be handled but until we checked out no one came. I tried calling several times but the line was always busy or no one picked up. So I only managed to talk on the phone once. The most uncomfortable thing was the smell of cigarettes in the room

The outdoor atmosphere at the restaurant is really cool.

The additional cost for food is 240 thousand, which is very expensive with just the same menu.

Masha Allah the kids are happy,,, the only minus is that there are no snacks like mini marts or canteens that sell fried bananas or fried tempeh.....

I booked a Deluxe room with great difficulty. When I arrived at the hotel, I was downgraded to a superior room (the room size is small).

Overall it's okay, but for some reason the AC in the room (4325) makes noises so it's a bit noisy. Then when I checked in during a long weekend holiday, the queue was really long (more than half an hour). Then there were small pieces of hair on the bed cover on each twin bed. It's only a little bit, but it makes me wonder whether the bed cover was replaced or not, even though there were no stains or smells.

Stayed during a long weekend, when checking in it was very crowded, queuing, but the hotel staff were patient and friendly in serving. The room was clean, this hotel is child-friendly, there are many activities for children and there is a swimming pool for children.

Worth it because the breakfast is cool 🥰

The AC is noisy & leaking, there are many insects on the bed or mattress, no towels, we complained but the staff didn't respond, we even had to ask the staff who passed by the room for towels, so we couldn't sleep. Please make improvements in the future.

I recently stayed at Lorin Sentul and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, check-in took about an hour due to a large crowd, possibly because of the long weekend. The hotel should consider anticipating this, especially since the lobby is relatively small. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but I did notice some areas showing signs of wear. The walls were a bit dirty, and there were a few spots that could have been cleaner. Other than that, everything was fine and the stay was enjoyable.

What needs to be fixed is the breakfast menu, for a 4 star hotel, only for omelettes and sunny side up, until they run out of eggs....it should have been anticipated especially during fixed season
