Having buffet breakfast from here is a big mess.it is just like a local market.when we come back after taking food our table & chair will be occupied by others.They couldn’t manage the crowd..we had two days breakfast and both day experience was same.

Had to wait for long during check in, customer come in after me have taken before us. Toilet flush didn’t work properly room 810! It takea 10+ minutes to fill in the water 💧 Rooms are well organised & bed was comfy.

Was an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this St.Regis. Will definitely be back. We travel and stay in hotels, more than half the year and I must say the accommodations and the service at this St.Regis has been exceptional. The corner suite with the view of the Burj Khalifa is what I would recommend, room was stunning. I specifically want to mention Anthony from guest services. He was not only professional and courteous, But he was truly genuine. He cared to help and make sure that we were having a great experience. He was always going above and beyond, and this is truly what 5 star experience is about. Any establishment would be lucky to have someone like Anthony at their property.

Oncoming staff, we faced the problem with noise outside the hotel because of the window cleaning process at six in the morning we informed the reception and three hours later they didn’t take any action. They didn’t even apologize. We requested to leave the hotel and refer refund our amount and they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

Excellent Hotel

Great property. Close to the airport and other attractions in Dubai. Sadly there are only two restaurants on the property. Go to Tabu for dinner. It is amazing!! The staff are so attentive and gracious. Forgive I forgot their names, but there is a young lady from South Africa, what a wonderful host! The wait staff are great and much better than the staff at Basta! If you eat out, there are loads of restaurants that are in walking distance of the hotel.

This property ia luxurious! The staff is wonderful!They allowed us to have a complimentary early check in and late check out. The room was amazing and spacious. It was also very close to the downtown areas,like the mall and burj.We will be returning!

Fantastic hotel! Helpful staff, clean & modern decor… Only downside is front of hotel is a busy main road & back of hotel overlooks construction site on opposite side of canal.
