The shower head isn't very effective, especially with hot water. Room 304, 3rd floor... It happened to be a busy breakfast time, so it was difficult to find an empty table to eat. There were some hairs in the bathroom, and on the table that was still left behind. Otherwise, the staff and security were very friendly and excellent. The food was quite tasty. The location is easy to find using maps. Strategically located. The walk to Ciwalk isn't too far, and it's nice to see the street full of vendors and culinary delights. Check-in and out are easy. There's plenty of parking. Please pay attention to these shortcomings so Amaris can be even more successful in the future. Wherever I go, Amaris is always my first choice.

always stay at amaris wherever if recreation good service staff hospitality is good hotel worth it really i got price 390k already free meal in room 109 1st floor .. food is ok ... room toilet sheets towels new paint even the room is all clean .. only ac a bit dripping ... but still ok maybe the drain is dirty need to service the water strong .. heater is ok ... recommended I have stayed at amaris dozens of times from Bali .. to all over Java all amaris are very2 nice ...

The price of staying is worth it including breakfast, compared to hotels in its class or even below. The coolest thing is, Amaris supports environmentally friendly equipment. Like sandals with no plastic material, toothbrushes made of wood. Drinking water with belong packaging can then be refilled at the corridor dispenser. Always success.

Two days staying at Amaris Cihampelas was very comfortable, the hotel staff was fast and friendly. The hotel is also very strategic, there are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel so if you are hungry at night you don't have to go far, just walk, anywhere you want to go is also close, the TV is also a smart TV so you can Netflix, so far it's really good.
