When I checked in I asked if the room was non-smoking. The clerk said non-smoking. When I wanted to enter the room, I smelled cigarettes. But in the safe room there was no cigarette smell. But at 04:00 I woke up because I smelled cigarette smoke which made it difficult for me to breathe. I tried to go back to sleep but failed. The customer must give 200 thousand for a loss guarantee. What about the opposite, what does the customer get because they are disadvantaged?

The location is very strategic, near the mall, even across from the hotel there is an Indomaret, next to the hotel there is a cafe, basically it is easy to go anywhere.

I stayed 1 day at this hotel for work. This hotel's location is very good, it is close to the fair field, the rooms are also okay, the AC is cool, the mattress is too soft for me, the amenities are also complete. Petugas yang bawa angkat tas security. Kamar mandi tidak ada kuncinya. Kamar mandi kaca tembus pandang. Makanan kurang variatif. Air putih tidak di sediakan. Lokasi dekat Carrefour. Hotel ini kurang orang. Security yang jaga mobil baik. Tapi perlu di tambah security. Yang jaga di depan hotel keluar masuk hotel tidak ada yang bantu padalan jalan sangat padat. Perlu di tingkatkan makanan. Kamar luas tisu d toilet tidak ada. Deposit terlalu besar.

Hotel nyaman ada AW juga di lantai groud serta dekat dengan Mall Besar.
